How to Apply for 11 Plus (11+) Entry to The Spires College?

Applications to sit the entrance exam must be made on the school website over the summer before your child begins Year 6. You can register here.

You must also formally apply for a place at the school before midnight on the 31st of October (when your child is in Year 6) to be considered. You can find out more about applying for secondary schools in your local area here.

How Does Place Allocation Work?

Where qualifying applications exceed the number of places available, places will be allocated in the following order of priority:

  2. Children of members of staff.

  3. Children with a sibling already on roll at the College at the time of application.

  4. Other children whose home address is inside the designated area.

  5. Other children whose home address is outside the designated area.
